Our high-performance additive is applicable with all customary engine oils and in all diesel, gas and gasoline cobustion engines.

The most important ingredient of our Bathan Additive is industrial ceramic. It is a highy loadable solid lubricant that acts as a friction modifier. The additive optimizes combustion engines by improving sealing and efficiency.

Due to the improved fuel efficiency, less CO2 is being emitted. The improved sealing and friction minimization leads to lower blow-by gases and less cylinder oscillation.

The ceramic particles smoothen surfaces and reduce wear. Due to a smoother run, engine, bearing and side noise decrease significantly. The ceramic particles have a size of 1 to 2 µm and do not impair the lubricating film. The Bathan engine oil additive refines friction valleys and peaks, and leads to an optimum lubrication with lower oil consumption and decreased power losses.

Carbon Monoxide, Nitric Oxide and Particle emissions

Are significantly reduced, which supports the diesel particulate filter system. Retrofit filter systems only work with a low efficiency and are failure-prone. Construction machines often have these problems. Here, Bathan Additive can help improve the situation.In several applications, the regeneration interval of diesel particulate filters has been prolonged by factor 2 to 4. A well known problem is the oil dilution of diesel engines with particulate filter, see ADAC: Ölverdünnung. Bathan is a solution!With Bathan fuel efficiency improvements of 5% are likely.

Admixture of Bathan is 8 – 10 % of the engine oil volume (please do not overfill the engine). Bathan lasts for 60.000 km; the follow-up treatment should be done with every oil change.
