BATHAN is an innovative, high-quality grease refined with ceramic particles for resource-saving and efficient use.
BATHAN is an innovative, high-quality grease refined with ceramic particles for resource-saving and efficient use.
The multi-purpose greases smoothen roughness. Under load, the roughness peaks of the friction points are thermoplastically deformed. The friction is reduced and the load bearing capacity increased considerably. The Longlife properties of BATHAN KF greases extend lubrication intervals several times, increasing functional reliability and reducing maintenance costs. The washing out of bearings and sliding points is considerably reduced and fretting corrosion prevented. The greases can also be well conveyed by long lines and emergency lubrication is guaranteed at all times.
BATHAN Additive is an innovative, high-quality oil additive for combustion engines and gears.
There is a double benefit, an economic and an ecological one. Bathan has been shown to reduce emissions. In addition, the fuel consumption is reduced. In gears, BATHAN Additive reduces power losses.
BATHAN Additive is based on industrial ceramics. Industrial ceramics is a particularly resilient and lubricious material that serves as a friction modifier. In gears, heat generation and friction are reduced and the components are protected against wear. Internal combustion engines are optimized, the sealing is improved and thus efficiency increased (lower blow-by gases).
Engine oil additives are usually based on Teflon or graphite. The effect of Teflon is highly questionable because the Teflon developer, DuPont, does not recommend using it in internal combustion engines. The friction-reducing effect of graphite or molybdenum disulfide (MoS2) is known. However, the effect lasts only a few thousand kilometers in internal combustion engines.
Bathan additive improves the mileage of the engines for about 60,000 km (37,000 mls). Internal combustion engines are optimized, wear is reduced and emissions are reduced. The performance of BATHAN has been proven by TÜV, Dekra and other testing institutes and confirmed by extensive field tests.
No, car manufacturers only grant approvals for fully formulated engine oils, with up to 30% additives in a high-quality engine oil. No OEM approval can be granted for an additive as a stand-alone product. However, there are approved engine oils that contain our additive.
Reducing soot particle emissions reduces the stress on DPF. The duration between cleaning routines of the filter can be significantly extended. The joint use of DPF and Bathan additive can protect the environment much more effectively.
